Rodney takes Delboy to his friend Miles supermarket which sells organic foods, Delboy is shocked to find that bottled spring water is sold for a such a profit. The Peckham Spring soon Spring's up on Granddad's allotment, Miles says the water produced from the spring is some of the best he has ever tested and suggests Delboy markets it, but Rodney can smell a rat.
